Terms and Conditions of Trading
By placing your order you accept the conditions set out below.
1. Terms And Conditions Of Trading
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Fix That TV and you the customer. No variations will apply unless agreed by us in writing.
2. Payment Of Goods Or Services
In all cases for non credit account holders, payment for your goods must be received prior to despatch.
Credit account customers are to settle their monthly accounts within 7 days of receiving your month end statement.
All credit account customers failing to settle their accounts within this time frame will have their account put on “STOP” and will be persued for payment and costs incured plus interest charged at 8% over the base lending rate.
3. Product Specification
Fix That TV will always supply using the correct manufacturers parts numbers where possible and using screen type or model codes where it can.
All TVs are tested prior to dismantling, parts which may have been replaced with a non original manufactured part will not affect the sets preformance. If this event occurs Fix That TV will at its discretion replace or make a refund should the part advertised not be suitable.
4. Applicable Law
English law governs all transactions.
In addition to your statutory rights Fix That TV guarantees the products we sell for a period of 90 days against failure. Fix That TV are not liable for consequential damage or losses.
In the event of a claim, Fix That TV will, at its option repair, replace or refund the defective part (s). If a part is needed which is no longer available a refund will be offered.
The guarantee does not cover items rendered defective by improper or negligent use, including faulty installation.
Refund rights are not transferable.
